Long Term Hold Holdco’s..

We are building a LTH Holdco in Europe, see www.nolaon.com. We have acquired two seed assets and have a full pipeline. All is going well. I am considering raising a LTH Holdco fund. A few funds have been raised to date, and there is a tech note from Yale on it. It seems to align well with my view on long term value creation and capital recycling. I would love to connect with anyone who has raised a LTH Holdco before. I'd love to see a fund model and PPM.
