Seller Discretionary Earnings... basically EBITDA plus the owners' compensation. Common term in North America for businesses with less than $1M of EBITDA since owner compensation is such a disproportionate share of earnings for small companies.

Hi Michael,

You may not know but thought it'd be worth asking - for a business this size, where would the debt come from? My understanding is that in the UK there are very few lenders (e.g SME Capital) that do less than £2m for debt. So how would a deal like this be financed?
