LOI signed, require a pari-passu lender or possible equity partner.

I am in LOI for a profitable, great multiple business.  The deal is $7.3M, all in with working capital and cash required, have a primary SBA lender in place, 12% owner note. The primary SBA lender has a great rate but does not do pari-passu.  Ideally looking for debt, but might consider equity for the right deal.  

I look forward to any leads or suggestions.
