Location of the next business

Another quick question for the quorum - how important is the location if it is one of the major cities and additional location dependent expenses incorporated to the model? Does that play a big role in your decision? In other words, would you not proceed or entertain a business just because of location if otherwise a 10? Thank you.

location matters, but it rarely overrides a fundamentally strong business opportunity.
