Loans for international citizens in the United States

Dear all,

We are two Portuguese citizens currently living in the United States. We are currently looking at prospective deals and, as they mature, will require financing. Given we're not American, the accessibility to loans is naturally more limited. I'd be interested to know from other searchers in this position how you managed to access debt, with what partner organizations, and under what conditions.

Henrique, I have a capital provider that has a 10 million euro minimum for debt financing. If you cannot meet that minimum, there are other options. Send teasers to redacted

Might be worth taking a look at CA iBank but I believe it's Cali focused.
