LLC Partnership Agreement

Hi guys

Anyone know a good M&A attorney to review and correct a Partnership Agreement for a new LLC Formation? Preferably someone who also understand some basic tax laws. I had my M&A attorney deal write this up and my accountant thinks it's got flaws
