This is a 5-year platform build with a targeted ~$100M+ exit. Looking for one strategic equity partner at the HoldCo level. Not just a check — someone who understands scaling industrial / infrastructure services businesses and can add value as we execute the roll-up. Capital already lined up for acquisitions #3 and #4.
