Does anyone have any recommendations for books, white papers, etc. that cover search fund economics and standard deal structures in great detail? Links to prior posts/comments on the topic would also be most helpful.
Also, if there is anyone that considers themselves (or knows of anyone) an expert in the space of search fund economics and deal structures and is willing to connect, I would love to network and chat on the topic.
