List of Colleges with ETA Courses & Clubs?

Has anyone seen a good list of MBA programs with an ETA club or ETA class?  

Obviously, know Harvard/Wharton/Stanford/Booth/Kellogg/IESE/INSEAD have ETA class / clubs.....but I'm curious on the prevalence at other top 25 schools (Fuqua, Darden, Yale, Anderson, etc)?

Or if not a list, would appreciate any notes/comments.
