Hi everyone, I’m looking to either purchase a list or understand how to compile a list of boutique hotels in the U.S. with between###-###-#### rooms specifically. To anyone’s knowledge is there a resource out there to get this done. I’m aware my options can be to call each “small” hotel to ask how many rooms they have or hire a data scraper to do it but is there already a resource available that at least compiles all the small boutique hotels in one place? Thanks

^redacted‌, apologies for the late reply, I missed the tag. We have a complete list of hotels by number of rooms and other filters listed below, in addition to standard filters like geography, # of employees, etc.

hotel.cable_tv - The hotel has Cable TV. hotel.continental_breakfast - The hotel offers continental breakfast. hotel.elevator - The hotel has an elevator. hotel.exercise_facility - The hotel has an exercise facility. hotel.guest_laundry - The hotel has guest laundry services. hotel.hot_tub - The hotel has a hot tub. hotel.indoor_pool - The hotel has an indoor pool. hotel.kitchens - The hotel has guest kitchens. hotel.outdoor_pool - The hotel has an outdoor pool. hotel.pet_friendly - The hotel allows pets. hotel.room_service - The hotel offers room service.

Let me know if you're still in the market and if I can answer any additional questions.

I believe Expedia or Tripadvisor Affiliate programs would have the total number of room information in their databases,https://developers.expediagroup.com/docs/products/rapid/lodging/content/content-reference-lists, but you might be able to see what information STR could provide as a paid option. https://str.com/inventory/hotel-supply-and-development
