Lighthouse Equity Partners (LEP) is an early-stage private equity firm searching for its first acquisitions. LEP's managing partner, George Nanos (Penn Engineering '01, ex-Bridgewater), drives the firm's efforts in sourcing, acquiring, and growing companies with enterprise values ranging from $3 million to $10 million. We are seeking Deal Sourcing Interns to join our Deal Sourcing Team for Summer 2026, with the potential for successful candidates to extend their tenure on a part-time or full-time basis into the Fall and beyond. This is a remote position open to candidates based in the United States. The deal team's goal is to source and evaluate deal opportunities that will ultimately lead to acquisition(s). The successful intern will augment all aspects of our deal funnel, from thesis ideation and refinement to deal sourcing, evaluation, and diligence. Who We're Looking For This role is open to current undergraduate students who will be rising Juniors or Seniors in Fall 2026, as well as first-year graduate students. We are not considering students in their final year of study, whether undergraduate or graduate. Candidates must be located in the United States for the duration of the internship, as we are unable to accommodate international time zones. The qualities that matter most to us are grit, reliability, and coachability. We value interns who show up consistently, follow through on commitments, and are eager to learn. Your track record of getting things done matters more to us than where you went to school. Candidates should be fully available and committed for the duration of the summer internship with minimal planned absences. We also value candidates who are resourceful with technology. Comfort with AI tools, Python, or other data and automation skills is a strong plus and increasingly central to how our team operates. This internship is a great opportunity for students interested in consulting, investment banking, or private equity post-graduation to get real, hands-on experience with extensive mentorship and development. Interested applicants should submit a cover letter highlighting their interest in the role, their expected availability for the summer, and their resume to redacted For more information, visit https://lighthouseequitypartners.com/internships/
