I get regular pings from people working on the AI analysis piece of the evaluation process. Generally, these are students building tools for PE to speed along the data ingestion / decision support process. None of them that I've seen are there yet - partially because they are being built by folks who don't have any / much experience in the M&A world. With the speed of change in AI, it won't take too long before very solid tools are available, though. We've built our own AI analysis "tool" from a tuned chatbot that works pretty well particularly for the industry comparisons. For us, it can eliminate a good###-###-#### hours of research.
