I am hosting a live stream on Searchfunder on the 18th of May to talk about being an effective CEO. In particular, I will focus on what you need to get done in your first 100 days. Many Searchers are new to leadership, yet they often start by taking on the top role in the organization. I have been a GM / CEO of over 25 years so may have some useful insights to offer. Also I come from a broad based functional background, so a compliment to the finance background many Searchers share.
