Lessons from a CEO

I am hosting a live stream on Searchfunder on the 18th of May to talk about being an effective CEO. In particular I will focus on what you need to get donme in your first 100 days. Many Searchfunders are new to leadership, yet the often start by taking on the top role in the organisation. I have been a GM / CEO fo rover 25 yars so may have som euseful insights to offer.
