Our investment group is engaged in a roll up of facility services companies across the southern USA with the aim of creating an Integrated Facility Services giant.

We have completed one acquisition in 2022 and we have 8 potential deals with 5 ready to move into the LOI stage.

We will max out SBA financing on 2 of the current deals. So, we are seeking to establish a long-term relationship with a lender that has the capacity to grow with us and also be flexible in providing 100% financing as long as the cash flow of the deals provides a healthy DSCR.

We only focus on deals with above $500k EBITDA and management in place or seller willing to stay on and recruit a General Manager to continue operating the company.

I would welcome having a conversation as we aim to close up to $20M revenue we have in our pipeline before end of November 2023.
