I'm considering an India-based and incorporated IT and digital marketing services company. This won't be supported with traditional SBA loans, does anyone know of alternative lending, private lending? Deal is around 5-6 million and they have expressed they'll do some seller financing and potential roll-over equity but that's not been discussed in details yet. Thanks for any help!
