Lenders & juwellery / accessoires

A lot of lenders exclude juwellery & accessoires retailers and producers. Does someone have an idea what the reasons for this may be?

I have just had a discussion with the owner of a brand manufacturer who sells €3m of very well branded accessoires for a quite specific target group only through his own online shop (customer acquisition mainly Meta Ads). No market places or offline retailers have been touched, yet. Ops very lean. In Business since ca###-###-#### SDE is about €400k. I am tempted to continue the process as I have several ideas to grow this brand further, event though I do not have a particular background in this niche. What are
