Lenders in the Home Services Roll-up Space

I'm operating a pool cleaning company roll-up, with locations in Orlando, FL and San Antonio, TX. We do about $300k in monthly revenue right now, and have 25 employees across the two locations. I've currently only raise a small pool of equity, but am looking for debt options for the next phase of growth (not SBA - want to avoid the personal guarantee). Anyone have experience in this that is willing to share more?
