I’m looking for lenders that would be able to fund a deal for a non US citizen that is moving in to the US legally to work and operate a business. If you are a lender capable of doing that or know someone please comment bellow. Thanks

Hi Anon - nice to meet you. It's important to note that if you plan to use the SBA you need to be either a US Citizen or a green card holder with permanent residency status for 10 years. The EB-5 Visa program is one avenue you can explore towards getting a green card. We have a lot experience financing different companies via the SBA. If you ever need help talking through a deal, I am happy to help. We work with all the major SBA lenders. The bank pay us after your loan closes, so this is a 100% free service for you.You can email me directly at redacted or schedule a meeting with me: https://cal.com/francodeguzman/30min. Look forward to chatting!
