Lenders for Canadian Residents?

Have a client looking to buy a business located in the United States. He and his company reside in Canada, so SBA lenders are a no-go.

Any lenders out there who will lend to Canadian residents buying in the United States?

Deal: -$2m cash flow -Purchase price = extremely reasonable multiple -The buyer already owns a company in the same industry.

Depends on the industry this business is in, you can definitely find investors who are keen to put money(100%) in this deal as long as the package (the return) is attractive. I assume the purchase price is <4M when you say Purchase price = extremely reasonable multiple. Dm if you want to chat for detail.
