Lender Search: Non-PG Acquisition Financing for Online Marketplace Business

We are evaluating an online marketplace business with very strong cashflows and moderate IP via a proprietary database. Thanks for the engagement - I should clarify that the expectation would be this comes in the form of mezzanine / preferred equity.

I would concur, non-recourse debt is very hard to get unless you have a large PE firm signing a corporate guarantee or the LTC is very low and the cash flow is incredibly strong.
