We are evaluating an online marketplace business with very strong cashflows and moderate IP via a proprietary database. What you are looking for does not exist. Maybe if the company has > $2M EBITDA consistently over multiple years and you are putting down a large equity check

I would concur, non-recourse debt is very hard to get unless you have a large PE firm signing a corporate guarantee or the LTC is very low and the cash flow is incredibly strong.
