Here are the offer details Purchase price - $4M Cash at Close - $2.7M Seller note - $1.3M (33%) - payable at 5% interest EBITDA = $1.2(LTM###-###-#### - $1.2M, 2023- $1.18M, 2024 - $1.094M) DSCR = 2.1 Any recommendations on SBIC or conventional lenders who would be interested in the deal.
