I have a deal under LOI and am currently looking for a $3-4M subordinate loan. Must be comfortable with ~ 4x EBITDA total leverage and 80% d/e . The company has close t0 $3M in EBITDA. I'm looking for specific lender recommendations (no loan brokers).
