Lender Liability Law Practice

We purchased a business through the 7A program. That business is closed due to a number of legal issues related to the seller. We are curious whether the lender/bank may have some liability in the situation given some of the clauses in the PSA.

Does anyone know a good attorney or law firm that has experience in the SBA / lender domain and could help assess a potential lender liability case?
