Lender For Roofing Deal

We're under LOI on a roofing deal in GA. Are there any lenders here who have closed on a lot of roofing deals? We've got our go-to lenders but curious if there are a few here that have more experience in roofing specifically. Would like to chat. Thanks!

Super high level specific to seasonality - I would probably want to look at a TTM P&L and be cognizant of what time of year the deal is closing. From that point it could make sense to bake in an interest-only period and make sure the borrower has a good liquidity position at close - likely a LOC. That would also impact the WC peg due from seller at closing. I'm sure wages and other costs are probably down during that period too. Reviewing monthly P&Ls over multiple years could be helpful.
