Lender / capital provider for insurance carrier deal?

Hi All, I'm supporting a close friend with the MBO of a specialty insurance carrier... $2B+ AUA. Ebitda is $7m+. It's offshore but management and policies are held in the US. Top reputation in its niche. Super favorable/derisked deal for the buyer since they have led ops for a year +. Total need is around $25M to get the deal done - open to blend of debt and equity under certain circumstances. Quite a few term sheets coming in... but wanted to really exhaust the universe of capital providers before making a decision. Any ideas? Feel free to dm, reply, or shoot me a note. Thanks as always!
