Legal Information Workshop for Searchers in Toronto

As a lawyer working closely with searchers, I am witnessing some recurring but avoidable mistakes by searchers that at times lead to serious consequences. In my experience, these issues arise primarily from limited familiarity of (1) risks and liability exposure inherent to the search process, (2) legal and regulatory frameworks that shape every stage of the search process.
