Does anyone have experience using good firms who have agreed to defer fees until closing?  If so, please share!

Aaron the law firms I work with and my accounting firm Plante & Moran defer fees until closing. This is a very common fee arrangement in the transaction world. There are different terms or arrangements for transactions that do not close.
