Hello, I'm helping a Founder friend who runs a leading marketplace in SE Asia sell his business. Currently business is doing $0.5m in EBITDA, profitable, has no debt, and one of the market leaders in Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia. They serve over 60k SMBs in region with over 100+ partners on their platform. Business is 8yrs old and running steady.

Founder is now focused on his 2nd business, and hence wants to exit. Opportunity for someone fresh to come in and takeover to expand into new markets (Philippines, Vietnam, Indonesia, etc) which is easy as company already has deep product and playbooks for expansion. Happy to share deeper financials if anyone is keen.
