We are looking into a deal in SEA and would like to know if there is any institution that provides LBO solutions in the region. Any insights about terms, covenants, costs of the LBO would be welcome too.

Following this, not since I'v got an idea on options, but out of curiosity since the main avenues you likely take on SEA are probably going to be similar to other emerging markets. The debt side of the coin has always been the most elusive in acquisitions if you don't have significant wealth already or a major backer.
