Lawyer Recommendations for NY/NJ

Hey SFers, Does anyone have a good lawyer to recommend? I'm looking to submit an LOI for a small business and I'm looking for helpful and cost effective legal counsel throughout the process. The business is located in NJ.

Hey Long - hope you are doing well. We met up at the Live Oak event in NYC a few months back. I know some great lawyers in South Jersey - what part of the state is your acquisition in? If North Jersey, PM me - I can make a call to a friend up north who does comm'l RE and has started buying companies as well and I'm sure he can make a reco for someone up that way.
