hi all,

My wife found a franchise in town that she's planning to buy for 75k in cash, asset sale. She'll do her own QoE, What would be the legal cost for something so small, I think we need just basic legal services. Any lawyer that can help/advise with this?

You can get started on the Stanford primer, they have standard docs that Goodwin worked through (taking zero credit for the template docs ): https://www.gsb.stanford.edu/experience/about/centers-institutes/ces/research/search-funds/primer

But not sure of someone who works on that part of the market.

if you find someone please let me know we have had problems finding legal help at that end of market

We like to work with Marzella Law. https://www.marzellalawgroup.com/. I would you consider the value of an attorney in the agreement, lease negotiations and FDD review. $3,500-$10,000 is worth it in my opinion to protect $75k
