I would recommend having a conversation with the folks at SMB Law, as I was very impressed with their work in our last transaction and I think the way they do business is uniquely suitable for a self-funded searcher. ^redacted‌ was a great resource as we navigated a very tricky combination of legal due diligence & the seller's emotional self-discovery together.
