Hi all, my brother and I have begun negotiations to acquire our first business. It is a $3MIL acquisition of a service based business in North Carolina . We have saved for years in order to pay a healthy 20% deposit and negotiate a good deal with the banks.

We are now looking for an M&A Law firm and M&A Accountants to help us through due diligence and to close the deal. We would prefer firms that deal with smaller transactions as we understand the bigger players charge alot more. We would also like to pay their fees at the close of the deal.

Any suggestions would be welcomed and appreciated. Thanks

We work with a lot of small to mid-sized companies (anywhere from < $500K to $70M+) at Rapid Diligence and can definitely help with financial due diligence, which is led by our in-house team of high experienced M&A CPAs. Feel free to shoot me an email at redacted with more information and I'd be happy to tell you a bit more.

We do require upfront payment for all our services so likely can't accomodate to that part of your request, unfortunately.
