Launch of Real Asset Income Credit Fund (Target Segments: Sports, Hospitality, Leisure, Manufacturing, Agriculture, Real Estate)

I am launching a private credit fund focused on asset-oriented segments of the Lower Middle Market (EBITDA <$25m). Collectively, my partners, Bill Worfolk, and Miles Austin (formerly of Dallas Cowboys fame), and I have structured and managed over $1 billion in prior private market transactions across private credit, private equity, and real assets. Drawing on this deep experience, we're establishing the new fund to address asset-oriented segments that remain underserved by larger institutional counterparties. Specific target segments include: • Sports, hospitality and leisure • Strategic M&A around hard assets (real estate, equipment, vehicles, inventory) • CapEx funding in select segments Our focus in the initial stages is to work with operators who have proven domain expertise within their given segments. We are flexible in our ability to structure and participate in different parts of the credit stack, with target deployment of $500k - $2m per transaction.
