In late January, my partner and I started raising a Search Fund focusing on the Latino Market in the United States. The experience has been really insightful. As you can imagine, a lot of investors are excited about the idea while others are hesitant to the idea of immigrants acquiring a business in this country.
We've been having between 10 and 15 investor calls each week, with each call lasting between 30 and 90 minutes. With these numbers you can imagine how We are more than halfway done with the raising with several meetings scheduled for this week and next.
