Hello, Nathan. I’m probably the only person on all the platforms that will tell you to tread carefully. Landscaping isn’t always a home run. Especially if you have a company with a lot of project based work. It can be hard to transition and operate. And the labor supply is a whole nother battle. If you’re coming from outside the industry you might find a lot of the revenue in these LMM companies is highly tied to the seller’s relationships. My advice if you pursue is not to over lever to seat and also have plenty of equity on the sidelines to help you ride the ups/downs. Reach out to operators that have actually acquired and get their perspective. Don’t just follow all the social media telling you how easy the industry is. This is just one lender’s observation so please do your own research. redacted ^redacted
