Lack of Published Deals?

Solo searcher here looking to acquire a $400,###-###-#### ,000 SDE business with SBA financing either in the Austin area or that can be operated remotely.

There seems to be a real lack of inventory on brokerage and aggregator sites. For the last few months, the intermediaries that I'm in contact with have been saying that they expect to see a lot of businesses coming to market any day now but it doesn't seem to be happening. Anyone else experiencing this?
