Some foreign investors may want to achieve investment and L-visa (later US green card) at the same time. Searchers may consider foreign investors as funding sources or as equity partners so long as they don't mind having a foreigner as part of the management team and a foreign company as an affiliate.

There are a bunch of visas that are appropriate for this, but there are a lot of specifics and technicalities (the visas being a government program and all).

I feel like this is an area of value if you've got the connections to potential visaholders as well as an individual certified in certain types of visas.

For L1A —> The foreign investor or employee to qualify under this category needs to have working relationship for at minimum of 3 years, and 1 continuous year abroad (not in the US). Again, not a lawyer, just sharing based on my immigration experience.
