Know someone who's recently acquired a staffing firm?
Evaluating an off-market deal and looking for a quick perspective from someone who’s acquired or invested in a staffing firm. Only need 10 minutes.
Ty in advance.

Ben, I'm in the industry (exec search, not staffing), but I know many who do staffing and they can give you perspective, so let me know if you wanted to be connected. One of my advisors was CEO of one of the largest staffing business and he is very bearish due to AI as many of the larger companies are taking it in house. Marriott is an example of this. When we started hiring recruiters, a lot of applications came from staffing as they were laid off. That being said, it can be really lucrative depending on the industry you're staffing like trades businesses.

^redacted good morning. On the buy side - we've closed several staffing deals for our clients. We've also sold a staffing firm as well. I would be happy to set up a call to explore if my firm (RKJ Partners) could be helpful.
