JV partners, lenders, and investors for Healthcare aquisitions

I am currently searching for Healthcare industry acquisitions in the Western US; mainly (NV, AZ, and SoCal). I am looking to connect with brokers, lenders, JV partners, and investors that specialize in the Healthcare industry. My experience comes from both as a COO and CFO of a high growth comprehensive primary care company that grew through both acquisitions and ground up clinic builds to 26MM annual revenue. Looking forward to connecting here with others in Healthcare acquisitions for possible opportunities. I am open to JV partnerships as I can bring some funds for a down payment and willing to sign on an SBA loan.
