Just sharing some initial organizational tools for new searchers . . .

As I posted elsewhere, I'm new to the self-funded searcher industry. I appreciate how welcoming and helpful everyone has been so far. I'm working through the legal/structural first steps of organizing my self-funded search. I have a law degree so I'm able to handle these challenges myself but am thinking they may be intimidating for others. I came across this resource online and thought it could be useful if you're struggling with initial legal organization. I'm not using their services personally but I thought others might want to consider it. https://searchfund.me/.
