Structures I've seen to support independent sponsors vary.
One that I see more of is the following:
- 1% - 2% acquisition fee
- 3% - 6% of the EBITDA as a management fee,
- 10% stake, then graduates to 20% once IRR is reached.
I'm curious what other options are you seeing or offer to support such independent sponsor models.
