You don't go to dental school to learn commercial real estate. Same goes for vet school, pharmacy school, PT school, and just about every fitness certification out there. That's not a knock. It's just not what those programs are built for. But the lease lands on your desk anyway. Sixty pages, personal guaranty, about a month to figure it out. Or you start thinking about owning your building instead of renting, and realize nobody in your circle has actually done it. That gap is the whole reason Carr exists. And today, it's why I'm joining the team. Carr only represents the operators in these industries. Tenants and buyers, never landlords.
