Looking for an opportunity to work with a U.S.-based company as a business operations / executive support professional, helping founders grow and scale their business. I have 15 years of experience launching businesses from scratch and building operational and commercial systems side by side with company owners. With my involvement, companies achieved 30–40% revenue growth and 20–30% net profit increase. My last role was Executive Director of a pharmacy chain, leading operations and growth. I truly miss the energy, multitasking, and impact of real business and am open even to volunteer or part-time roles to return to the business ecosystem.
