Pacific Finsoft’s Search Fund I is a search fund to identify, acquire, and operate a private company with an initial enterprise value between USD $10.0 million and $75.0 million.
Search Fund I will undertake a global search for a Fintech, SaaS or New Media Firm with a primary focus on Fintech.
