I've acquired an HVAC contractor in the Dallas, TX metro area. Small operation, about $1M in revenue, 4 employees + 1 contractor. Mostly commercial. I'm looking for referrals: 1. Local skilled trades recruiting agency - need a master technician, ideally a Certified Technician with an aspiration to get their own contractor license, and a junior maintenance technician. 2. An attorney to re-domicile my C-corp from GA to TX. This is known as 'conversion' in TX. 3. Internet-marketing agency that has experience promoting residential side of the business for HVAC contractors. 4. Offshore answering service that speaks clean, unaccented English and is capable of using Service Fusion to book jobs during US holidays, on weekends and after-hours. Could be a PEO. Ideally from a country###-###-#### time zones away from Central time and not celebrating the same holidays as the US. If anyone encountered AI that can do that - let me know, but so far I haven't found one able to handle the calls correctly, and being integrated with Service Fusion, and costing less than a teleworker in Uzbekistan.
