As a group of 3, we are launching a search fund in Italy in the summer. Does anyone have any experience (successful or not) fundraising and searching in Italy? Would love to connect!
Additionally, does anyone have a simple entry + exit model where we can play with assumptions/inputs to see impact on returns. Specifically to see how much of an effect the 150% step up has on equity dilution and returns on exit. We are deciding how much we want to squeeze ourselves during the search phase.
