Hi I'm looking for searchers who have acquired (or spent a lot of time) in this space. I'm currently doing pre-LOI diligence on a company and would love to get some insight into industry-specific diligence areas & yellow/red flags to look for.
The staffing business is potentially attractive due to the high quality of revenue (multiyear contracts, high repeat) and I think it could be a platform to add on managed services. As a side note, I've worked in tech implementation for 12+ years and will be able to bring in some competency albeit not direct experience.
Some interesting nuances at play including high owner involvement in business, the backoffice offshore, 75% of placements come from their channel, and they have some tangential businesses they want to package in.
