Anyone have experience doing a rollup of IT services firms? 

I have a friend looking to connect with someone who's done 1-2 acquisitions. He's bootstrapped his current firm serving SMBs up to this point and debating some tuck ins. Thanks!

I have 30 years here, I just wrote an MSP back of the Envelop evaluator. You can find out how much a IT services provider could sell for. by just asking 4 questions. Its a good tool for an initial searcher call.
